Order of reaction is zero as unit of rate constant is mole per second.

For a zero order reaction, concentration of reactant

\mathrm{A= A_0-K t \\ }\mathrm{ \Rightarrow A=5 \mathrm{M}-0.6 \times 10^{-3} \times 20 \times 60 \mathrm{M} \\ }

\mathrm{ \Rightarrow A=5 \mathrm{M}-0.72 \mathrm{M} }.

Since, concentration of reactant is reduced by 0.72M, the concentration of product is 0.72 M after 10 minutes.
