Given that,

\tan^{-1}\frac{3}{2}-\tan^{-1}\frac{1}{2}

Using the formula,

\frac{\tan\ A-\tan\ B}{1+\tan\ A\ \tan\ B}=\tan\ \theta
\tan^{-1}\frac{3}{2}-\tan^{-1}\frac{5}{2}=\tan^{-1}\frac{\frac{3}{2}-\frac{1}{2}}{1+\frac{3}{2}\times \frac{1}{2}}
\tan^{-1}\frac{3}{2}-\tan^{-1}\frac{5}{2}=\tan^{-1}\frac{2}{5}
\tan^{-1}\frac{3}{2}-\tan^{-1}\frac{5}{2}=21.8
