As we know:

\frac{\mathrm {P^{0}-P}_{\mathrm{s}}}{\mathrm P_{\mathrm{s}}}=\frac{\mathrm n}{\mathrm N}=\frac {\mathrm{w \times M}} {\mathrm{m \times W}}

\frac{\mathrm P^{0}-\frac{95}{100} \mathrm P^{0}}{\frac{95}{100} \mathrm P^{0}}=\frac{\mathrm w \times 0.3 \mathrm{m}}{ \mathrm W \times \mathrm m}\: \: \: \: \: (M=0.3 \mathrm{m})

\frac{\mathrm W}{\mathrm w}=5.7
