\dpi{100} \sigma ^{2}= \left ( \frac{\sum x_{i}^{2}}{n} \right )-\left ( \frac{\sum x_{i}}{n} \right )^{2}

Variance= \frac{\sum xi^{2}}{N}-\left ( \bar{x} \right )^{2}

T^{2}=\frac{2^{2}+4^{2}+\cdot \cdot \cdot \cdot \cdot 100^{2}}{50}-51^{2}

      =\frac{4(1^{2}+2^{2}+\cdot \cdot \cdot \cdot \cdot 50^{2})}{50}-51^{2}

      =\frac{4\times 50\times 51\times 101}{50\times 6}-51^{2}

      =3434-2601

      =833
