As we have learned

Parametric form for x2 + y2 = r2 is

x= r\cos \Theta,   y= r\sin \Theta

 

 

 Since, in x^2 + y^2 = 36

r = 6 

Thus  x = 6\cos \theta , y = 6 \sin \theta
