According to Electrical Analogy for Thermal Conduction -

 

   The rate of flow of heat may is called heat current.

\text { i.e., } H=\frac{d Q}{d t}

So  [H]=\frac{[heat]}{T}=\frac{work}{T}=\frac{F.L}{T}=\frac{MLT^{-2}*L}{T}=ML^2T^{-3}
