Given PA = PB

So, PA2 = PB2
\\(h-3)^2+k^2=(h-5)^2+(k-2)^2\\ h^2-6h+9+k^2=h^2-10h+25+k^2-4k+4\\4h+4k-20=0\\h+k-5=0\\ x+y-5=0
