Sine Function 

y = f(x) = sin(x)

Domain is R, Range is  [-1, 1]

\\\mathrm{The\:range\:of\:the\:basic}\:\sin \mathrm{function\:is}\:-1\le \sin \left(x\right)\le \:1\\\mathrm{Multiply\:the\:edges\:of\:the\:range\:by:}\:2\\-2\le \:2\sin \left(x\right)\le \:2\\\mathrm{Therefore\:the\:range\:is}\\-2\le \:f\left(x\right)\le \:2
