As we have learned

Position of a point w.r.t a circle -

If x_{1}^{2}+y_{1}^{2}+2gx_{1}+2fy_{1}+c= 0 . then the point is on the circle.

Point is P\left ( x_{1},y_{1} \right )

 

 If we substitute (5,5)

 we get 

5^2 + 5^2 -5\times 5-5\times 5=50-50=0
