As we have learnt,

Complexes of type \mathrm{\left [ M \left ( AA \right )_{3} \right ]} show optical isomerism

Hence, \mathrm{\left [ Cr\left ( C_{2}O_{4} \right )_{3} \right ]^{3-}} can show optical activity.

Other complexes are homoleptic with monodentate ligands. All of these complexes have a plane of symmetry as well as a centre of symmetry.

Therefore, option (3) is correct.
