As we have learnt,

A - B = A ∩ B', and 

A  ∩ B ∩ C = (A ∩ B) ∩ C (Associative Property)

 

Now,

A ∩ B ∩ C'

= (A ∩ B) ∩ C'

= (A ∩ B) - C

Clearly this is shown in option (D).
