\mathrm{2XeF_2 + 2H_2O \rightarrow 2X{e}+4HF+O_{2}}

\mathrm{3XeF_4 + 6H_2O \rightarrow 2Xe+ X{e}O_{3}+12HF+\frac{1}{2}O_{2}}

\mathrm{XeF_6 + 3H_2O \rightarrow X{e}O_{3}+6HF}

Partial hydrolysis of  \mathrm{XeF_6} forms

\mathrm{XeF_{6}+2H_{2}O\rightarrow XeO_{2}F_{2}+4HF}

\mathrm{XeF_{6}+H_{2}O\rightarrow XeOF_{4}+2HF}

Thus, \mathrm{XeO_{4}} is not obtained by hydrolyses of Xenon Fluorides.

Therefore, option (4) is correct.
