Lewis acid is defined as a species that can accept a lone pair of electrons and are electron deficient species.
CH_4 has a complete octet, NH_3\ and\ H_2O  has one and two lone pairs of electrons respectively hence are lewis bases. While B_2H_6 is an electron-deficient species and acts as lewis acid.

In B_2H_6, Boron accepts lone pair of electrons in 2p orbitals.

The correct answer is option 4
