IBPS PO final result has been declared on the basis of marks scored by candidates in main exam and interview. Based on IBPS PO cutoff, candidates have been considered for provisional allotment. Candidates can check final IBPS PO result by entering Registration No/ Roll No and Password/ Date of Birth. IBPS had declared IBPS PO Result 2017 for mains exam on December 28, 2017 and scorecard of the same was released on January 4, 2018. The IBPS mains exam was held on November 26, 2017. As per the exam pattern, the question paper of IBPS PO 2017 mains exam was divided in 5 sections – reasoning ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, General Awareness (with special reference to banking), Computer Knowledge. The number of questions in the mains exam were 200 and each question carried 1 mark. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria 2017

The eligibility criteria of IBPS PO states that any candidate having graduation degree irrespective of discipline can apply for the exam. IBPS PO Application Form 2017

The application form of IBPS PO has been released on August 16, 2017. Candidates should fill IBPS PO application form and pay application fees online. The IBPS PO application form 2017 can be filled in five steps – registration, uploading of scanned images of photograph and signature, filling up of basic details, previewing of application form and fee payment. Candidates before filling the application form should scan their photograph and signature as per dimensions, certificates of Class 10/HSC, Class 12, graduation or any other higher qualification, Debit/Card for online payment of application fees should be kept ready and ensure that they have an valid email ID. The application fees for IBPS PO recruitment is Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD candidates and Rs 600 for all others.

IBPS PO Exam Centres 2017

The examination of IBPS PO will be conducted online across various exam centres spread throughout the country. The tentative list of IBPS PO exam centres 2017 will be released along with the notification. IBPS will allot exam centres to candidates depending on the feasibility, response and availability. Candidates might get exam centres other than the one opted by them. The choice of exam centres will have to be mentioned while filling the application form. IBPS will not entertain any request for change in the exam centres. Candidates will have to appear for the exam in the exam centres allotted by IBPS. IBPS PO Admit Card 2017

IBPS to release the admit card of IBPS PO in three phases – Preliminary, Mains and Interview. In the first phase, the examination authority has released the admit card for IBPS PO Preliminary examination for all candidates who submitted their application forms successfully. The hall ticket of IBPS PO prelims was issued on September 21.

Candidates qualifying for the mains examination will be issued separate admit cards for appearing in the exam. The admit card for mains exam will be released in November 2017.

Candidates shortlisted for Interview will be issued admit card in January 2018 tentatively. The admit card of all phases will be available online to download. IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2017

The Preliminary and Mains examination of IBPS PO will be conducted online. Both the exams will carry objective type multiple choice questions. According to IBPS PO 2017 exam pattern, the preliminary examination will comprise of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to preliminary exam is 100 marks. The Mains examination as per the exam pattern of IBPS PO, will comprise of Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (with special reference to Banking) and Computer Knowledge. IBPS PO Answer Key 2017

The answer key of IBPS PO Preliminary and Mains examination will be released after the completion of exam by coaching institutes. The answer keys will be based on memory. IBPS PO Result 2017

The result of IBPS Probationary Officer is announced in three phases – Prelims, Mains and Interview. IBPS has announced IBPS PO final result 2017 on April 1. The final result of IBPS PO is based on marks secured by candidates in main exam and interview. IBPS PO result of mains exam had been announced on December 28, 2017 whereas the result of prelims was declared on November 1. The correct scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions of prelims and mains exam are normalised using equi-percentile method to declare the IBPS PO 2017 result. The total score of the candidates is arrived after deducting the negative marks. Candidates to qualify each stages of recruitment process will have to secure the minimum qualifying marks fixed by the commission. Marks obtained in the main examination will only be considered for shortlisting candidates for interview and also for final merit list. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% for general category and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates. The combined final score of candidates will be arrived on the basis of scores obtained in the mains examination and interview. IBPS PO cutoff 2017

IBPS fixes a cutoff score for each stage of recruitment process for selection of candidates. The IBPS PO cutoff score for prelims and mains exam will be applied on individual score and total score. The institute decides the cutoff score on the basis of level of difficulty of the exam, number of test takers, total number of vacancies etc. The category wise maximum and minimum cutoff score (combined scores in main exam and interview out of 100) will be fixed for provisional allotment and reserve list. Ans: The age of the candidates should be in between 20 to 30 years and must be a graduate in any discipline.

Ques: What are dates of registration/payment of fees for online application form of CWE PO/MT VII?

Ques: Can a final year degree candidate apply for the exam?
Ans: Candidates in their final year of graduation cannot apply for the exam since candidates need to enter the percentage of marks obtained in graduation while registering for the exam.

Ques: Is pre-exam training conducted for all the registered candidates? 
Ans: No, pre-examination training is conducted only for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes/ Minority Communities.

Ques: I have entered my category wrongly, how can I correct it?

Ans: Yes, candidates will be issued admit card. In this case, exam conducting body will consider the last application form duly filled.

Ques: How to enroll for IBPS PO 2017 exam?
Ans: There is no general enrollment system in IBPS. Candidates can only apply to posts in Participating Organizations in response to posts advertised.

Ques: I did not receive email regarding bank appointment?
Ans: The offer of appointment is done by the bank to which the candidate has been provisionally allotted. Candidates will have to contact the respective banks.

Ques: I want to change Bank Preference, what to do?
Ans: Bank preference once submitted, cannot be changed .The decision of IBPS in provisional allotment of Organizations shall be final and binding upon the selected candidates.
