If Total distance from A to B = D

Then Distance between B to C = D/2

Upstream Speed = 14 - 4 => 10 Kmph

Downstream Speed =14 + 4 => 18 Kmph

According to Question,

\frac{D}{18}+\frac{\frac{D}{2}}{10}= 19

D/18 + D/20 = 19

19D/180 = 19

D = 180 Km
