The bird sent by C dies before delivering the message due to storm. A does not get the acknowledgment on time, hence sends another bird to C revoking the contract, stating that he has already assigned the task to D. C sues A for enforcement of contract. Decide

Ais liable to enforce the contract as C's acceptance is complete as against C

 A is not liable to enforce the contract as his revocation is perfectly valid.


Option: 3

 C can sue D as he cannot interfere in the present contract, being a third party.


Option: 4

C cannot sue A as a bird cannot be considered as a mode of contract.

The communication of revocation made by A is valid, and even though C's acceptance is complete as against C, it did not come to A's knowledge first of all. Even if it had come to his knowledge, the communication of revocation would still be valid. hence option b is correct.
