A wants his house renovated. He sends a bird to C to contract him for the task. C writes back to A acknowledging the bird and agrees to do the task. The communication of revocation made by A is valid, and even though C's acceptance is complete as against C, it did not come to A's knowledge first of all. Even if it had come to his knowledge, the communication of revocation would still be valid. hence option b is correct.
