Number of employees of Reliance Petrochem \mathrm{ = \frac{(6\times105\times36)}{100}}

Annual Wages of Reliance Petrochem \mathrm{ = 3.1\times10^{10}}

Thus Annual Wages per employee of Reliance Petrochem\mathrm{ = (3.1\times10^{7})/216}

Number of employees of Larsen & Toubro \mathrm{ = \frac{(6\times10^{5}\times13)}{100}}

Annual Wages of Larsen & Toubro \mathrm{ = 1.5\times10^{10}}

Thus Annual Wages per employee of Larsen & Toubro \mathrm{= \frac{(1.5\times10^{7})}{78}}

Hence, ratio of the Annual Wages per employee of Reliance Petrochem and Larsen & Toubro

\mathrm{= {(3.1\times10^{7})\times78} / {(1.5\times10^{7})\times216} }

\mathrm{= \frac{241.8}{324}}

\mathrm{= 0.75}
