In triangle ADB

∠ ADB + ∠ DAB  + ∠ ABD = 180°

∠ ADB + 60° + 90°   = 180°

∠ ADB  = 30°

∠ ACB = ∠ ADB = 30°   (angle in the same segment of a circle)
