Definition of work by constant force -

W=FS\cos \Theta

- wherein

The product of  magnitude of force \left ( F \right ) magnitude of displacement \left (S \right ) and cosine of the angle between them  \left (\Theta \right )

 

 

T - mg = m (g/4)

T = 5/4 mg 

W = FS \cos \theta

 W = [ 5/4 mg ] h \cos \theta

 W = 5/4 mgh
