As per we learned

Loss of time in a time period -

\Delta T=\frac{1}{2}\;\alpha\; \Delta\; \theta\; T

\Delta T=\frac{1}{2}\;\alpha\; \Delta\; \theta\ (86400)

- wherein

Where T represents total number of second in a day

T = 86,400 sec

\frac{\Delta T}{T}=\frac{1}{2}\alpha \Delta \theta

or \Delta T=\frac{1}{2}\times 18\times 10^{-6}\times 20\times 86400

18\times \cdot 864

15\cdot 552 sec
