As we know dimension of Frequency, angular frequency, angular velocity, velocity gradient is M^{0}L^{0}T^{-1}

 and Potential Gradient \frac{d V}{dx} = \frac{\frac{J}{coulomb}}{m} = \frac{kgm^2s^{-2}}{C\cdot m} = \frac{kgms^{-2}}{C}

\Rightarrow [ M^{^{1}}L^{^{1}}T^{^{-3}}A^{^{-1}}]

So it is not equal to frequency dimensionally
