A is epidermis and it is the superficial layer of the primary plant body which covers the entire surface and in the aerial plant it is covered with cuticles.

 B is the cortex and it is extrastellar part of the plant ( except pericycle, pith and medullary rays).

C is Vascular cambium which is responsible for secondary growth in dicot plants.

  D is pitch, it is the central part of the plant.

 E- Interfascicular cambium, it is present in the form of a narrow strip of primary meristematic cells which is present between the xylem and phloem of the vascular bundles. It helps in increasing girth of the plant.
