Option 4 is correct Because this is the diagram for both Anaphase and Anaphase-ii because both are equational divisions and in both stages only sister chromatids separate  and move to opposite poles.

Centromere of each chromosome holding the sister chromatids together. And splitting of centromeres allows them to move towards opposite poles of the cell.
