As we have learned

Conductivity -

Inverse of resistivity is called conductivity. \kappa = \frac{1}{\rho } 

- wherein

SI unit of Conductivity = Sm^{-1}

 

 R= \frac{\rho l}{A } = \frac{1}{k}\cdot \frac{l}{A }

45 = 1/k \times 3

k = 1/15

if l/A is changed to 9 , then 

R= 1/k \cdot l/A = 15*9 = 135
