According to the equation,

2 moles of KClO3 will produce 3 moles of O2.

Thus moles of KClO3 = 1.23 / 123
                                = 0.01 moles

Therefore, 0.01 moles of KClO3 will produce = (3 x 0.01) / 2
                                                                 = 0.015 moles

thus mass of O2 = 0.015 x 32
                         = 0.48g

Therefore, Option(1) is correct
