By electrolysis of concentrated solution of NaCl

NaCl(aq){\rightarrow}Na^+ +Cl^-

\\ \text{At anode: }2Cl^-\rightarrow Cl_2+2e^-\\ \text{At cathode: }2H_2O+2e^-\rightleftharpoons H_2+2OH^-

Na^+ + OH^-\rightarrow NaOH

 NaOH can be prepared by electrolysis of concentrated solution of NaCl

Therefore, option (4) is correct.
