Hypertonic solution -

A solution that contains more solutes than the cytoplasm of the cell

Water moves out (exosmosis) of the cell and the cell shrinks. 

 

10% NaCl solution is a hypertonic solution as compared to cell sap. Hence, exosmosis will occur.
