Interkinesis have more condensed DNA for prophase- ll as interkinesis is followed by prophase-ll because interkinesis is a short lived stage between two meiotic divisions ( meiosis- l and meiosis- ll).

In this stage, DNA remains in a condensed form "chromosome". Because       In prophase ll nuclear membrane disappears and chromosome become more condensed by the end of Prophase ll 

Option 1 is the correct answer.
