Oxygen is transported to the tissues in the form of oxyhaemoglobin ( about 97%). In the tissues oxygen gets dissociated from oxyhemoglobin and due to high partial pressure of CO2 in tissues, hemoglobin binds to CO2 and thus forms carbamino- hemoglobin. About 25% of CO2 is transported in bind form to hemoglobin. 

Option c is the correct answer.
