Frequency 

        = \frac{v}{2l} = 100

Length of the closed organ pipe, 

L = \frac{l}{2}

In this pipe, the second harmonic will be absent. 

Frequency of the third harmonic = 3 times the frequency of the fundamental tone

                = 3 * \frac{v}{4L} = 3 * \frac{v}{2l} = 3 * 100 = 300 Hz
