\rightarrow Let resistance be R_1 and R_2

So S=R_1+R_2 \\

and P =\frac{1}{\frac{1}{R_1}+\frac{1}{R_2}}=\frac{R_1 R_2}{R_1+R_2}

 

According to question

s=np \Rightarrow\left(R_1+R_2\right)=n\left(\frac{R_1 R_2}{R_1+R_2}\right) \\

\Rightarrow\left(R_1+R_2\right)^2=n R_1 R_2

For minimum value of n

R_1=R_2=R

\Rightarrow(2 R)^2=n(R \cdot R) \\\Rightarrow(2 R)^2=n(R \cdot R) \\

n=4
