The saturation concentration of oxygen in water at 10^{\circ} \mathrm{C} can be calculated using the formula:

Saturation concentration of oxygen =14.6-0.042 \times \mathrm{ temperature\ in} \left.^{\circ} \mathrm{C}\right) \times 0.998

Substituting the given value, we get a saturation concentration of oxygen at  10^{\circ} \mathrm{C}

=(14.6-0.042 \times 10) \times 0.998 = 9.52 \mathrm{mg} / \mathrm{L}
