Given,

\mathrm{\frac{mass\;of\;O\;in\;SO_{2}}{mass\;of\;O\;in\;SO_{x}} = \frac{2}{3}\: }

\mathrm{\frac{32}{mass\;of\;O\;in\;SO_{x}} = \frac{2}{3}\: }

So, 

\mathrm{mass\;of\;O\;in\;SO_{x} = 32\times 3/2 = 48}

and 

\mathrm{mass\;of\;S\;in\;SO_{x} = \textup{Mass of one S} = 32}

Now,

\mathrm{\frac{mass\;of\;O\;in\;SO_{x}}{mass\;of\;S\;in\;SO_{x}} = \frac{48}{32} =1.5}

Therefore, Option (3) is correct
