The absence of vocal sacs in female frogs and the copulatory pad on the first digit of the forelimbs (not the hind limbs) identify male frogs from females.

Anal cerci, which are present in both males and females, are a pair of appendages that extend from the end of the abdomen and originate close to the body's tenth segment. Females lack an anal style, but men do. So, A is the right answer.
