The inductance of the inductor connected L=44mH=44*10^{-3}H

Now

Inductive Reactance

 X_L=\omega L=2\pi fL=2\pi *50*44*10^{-3}

RMS Value of the current :

I_{rms}=\frac{V_{rms}}{X_L}= \frac{220}{2\pi *50*44*10^{-3}}=15.92A

Hence the RMS Value of current is 15.92A.
