We have \sqrt{90},  then 

90 - 1 = 89

89 - 3 = 86

86 - 5 =  81

81 - 7 = 74

74 - 9 = 65

65 - 11 = 54

54 - 13 = 41

41 - 15 = 26 ;       

26 - 17 = 9.

So from the all above calculation, we can say that the given number is not a perfect square.
