1. Can you tell, what is (i) \frac{1}{2}  of 10? , (ii) \frac{1}{4} of 16? , (iii) \frac{2}{5} of 25?

As we know, of means multiply so,

\frac{1}{2} o\!f\:\:10=\frac{1}{2}\times10=5

And 

\frac{1}{4} o\!f\:\:16=\frac{1}{4}\times16=4

And

\frac{2}{5} o\!f\:\:25=\frac{2}{5}\times25=10
