We know, multiplication of a positive and negative integer is given by:

a \times (- b) = (- a) \times b = - (a \times b)

(a) 15 \times (-16) = -(15\times16) = -240         

(b) 21 \times (-32) = -(21\times32) = -672

(c) (- 42) \times 12 = -(42\times12) = -504        

(d) –55 \times 15 = -(55\times15) = -825(-55)\times 15=-(55\times 15)=825
