Multiply the numerator and denominator by \frac{4}{5}.

We have : \frac{5}{9}\times \frac{\frac{4}{5}}{\frac{4}{5}}\ =\ \frac{4}{\frac{36}{5}}

Hence     \frac{5}{9}\ \neq \ \frac{4}{5}
