The given statement is false,

Let ,  A = {1}

         B = { 1,2,3}

         C = {0,{1,2,3},4}

Here, {1} \subset  { 1,2,3} =  A \subset B and { 1,2,3} \in {0,{1,2,3},4} = B \in C

But,  {1} \notin {0,{1,2,3},4} = A \notin C
