(vi) $(a^2+b^2)(-a^2+b^2)$

take the (-)ve sign common so our question becomes
-$-(a^{2}+b^{2})(a^{2}-b^{2})$
We use identity III for this which is
(a - b)(a + b) =  $a^{2} - b^{2}$
In this a = $a^{2}$ and b = $b^{2}$

$-(a^{2}+b^{2})(a^{2}-b^{2})$ = $-((a^{2})^{2} -(b^{2})^{2}) = -a^{4} + b^{4}$
