(2a -7) X (2a - 7)  = (2a - 7)^{2}
We use identity II for this which is
                                                    (a-b)^{2} = a^{2} - 2ab + b^{2} 
in this a = 2a and b = 7
                               (2a-7)^{2} = (2a)^{2} - 2(2a)(7) + 7^{2}
                                                     =  4a^{2} - 28a + 49
