As we can see the points lies in the number line, 

A=\frac{8}{10}=0.8

B=1+\frac{3}{10}=1+0.3=1.3

C=2+\frac{2}{10}=2+0.2=2.2

D=2+\frac{9}{10}=2+0.9=2.9
