Given is  \left[\frac{3}{2}x + 1\right ]^3

We will use identity

(a+b)^3=a^3+b^3+3a^2b+3ab^2

Here,  a= \frac{3x}{2} \ \ and \ \ b= 1

Therefore, 

\left(\frac{3x}{2}+1 \right )^3= \left(\frac{3x}{2} \right )^3+(1)^3+3.\left(\frac{3x}{2} \right )^2.1+3.\frac{3x}{2}.(1)^2

                        = \frac{27x^3}{8}+1+\frac{27x^2}{4}+\frac{9x}{2}
