Who was Ho Chi Minh ?

Ho Chi Minh was born on 19 May 1890. He was a Vietnamese revolutionary and politician. He served as Prime Minister of North Vietnam from 1945 to 1955. He was Chairman and first Secretary of the Worker's Party of Vietnam. In his honour the capital of South Vietnam was renamed Ho Chi Minh city. He died on 2 September 1969.
