  • Luteinising hormone (LH),
  • follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)

LH: It acts at the Leydig cells and stimulates synthesis and secretion of androgens.

FSH: It acts on Sertoli cells and stimulates the secretion of some factors which help in the process of spermiogenesis.
