At a Ramzan mela , a stall keeper in one of the food stalls has large cylindrical vessel of base radius 15 cm filled up to height of 32 cm with orange juice . The juice is filled in small cylindrical glasses of radius 3 cm upto a height of 8 cm , and sold for Rs 3 each . How much money does the stall keeper receive by selling the juice completely?

Solution:  We have , 

                Volume of the juice in the vessel = pi 	imes 15 	imes 15 	imes 32 cm^3

                Volume of the juice in each glass = pi 	imes 3 	imes 3 	imes 8 cm^3

	herefore             Number of glasses of juice that are sold = fracpi 	imes 15 	imes 15 	imes 32pi 	imes 3 	imes 3 	imes 8=100

 Hence total amount received by the stall keeper = Rs(3	imes100)=Rs300
