Conductivity is the ability of a material to conduct the electricity.

Conductivity

\sigma =\frac{J}{E}

Where J is current density and E is the electric field

Also

\sigma =\frac{ne^{2}\tau }{m}

Where n is the number of density, \tau is relaxation time e and m are charge and mass of the electron.

Conductivity depends on number density (material) and relaxation time.
