Describe the nature of Comparative Politics?

Comparative politics is a comperative analysis of of various political institutions and government. There are two main approaches of nature of Comparative politics -
1- Vertical Comparative Politics- When we compare various lever government like; Central, State and Local governments and their political behaviours of one country, is known as Vertical Comparative politics.
2- Horizontal Comperative Politics- When we compare either various types of Central government in various time period or we compare the government of various countries, is known as Horizontal Comperative Politics.
