Mohammed-Bin-Tughlaq was the ruler of Tughlaq dynasty from 1325 to 1351. He is known for wild policy swings. He decided to transfer his capital from Delhi to Devgiri. He is also known for his tolerance to other religions. In 1327, he ordered to transfer his capital Delhi to Daultabad. He also known as wise-fool ruler of Delhi Saltnat because of his policies and decisions.
